You will hold a degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting or Financial Management along with 15 years’ experience in the Chemicals industry.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Develops the Company’s medium to long-term global chemical’s outlook, including: industry business developments, industry trends and economics.
• Develops long-term product’s price forecasts as the basis for the evaluation of investment opportunities.
• Develops and maintains economic evaluation models for chemical projects.
• Provides analysis, evaluation and interpretation in support of projects, processes, and financing related to Saudi Aramco capital investment decisions in the chemicals sector.
• Helps vet economics of complex projects estimated by other Company organizations and teams.
• Regularly follows up on chemical market developments, as well as developing and maintaining contacts within the industry.
• Reports on issues that are relevant to Saudi Aramco’s chemical activities based on market intelligence.
• Provides expert judgment, by way of thorough analysis on questions from management on chemical issues.
• Regularly interacts with other professionals in various Company organizations involved in capital planning and economic analysis.
• Assists in the training, development and mentoring of younger staff.
