The BIS seeks a Senior Compliance Manager to join its Compliance and Operational Risk team in Basel. Reporting to the Head of Compliance and Operational Risk, you will monitor, assess and investigate compliance risks, as well as advise management and staff, with a particular focus on preventing conflicts of interest, fraud, and money laundering.
We would like to meet candidates with a university degree in law or finance and a relevant professional qualification. You will have in-depth knowledge of banking transactions or asset management, and you have gained at least five years relevant working experience in a control function at an international organisation or financial institution. Excellent communication and drafting skills in English are essential.
