Call for Applications Trainer, OSCE Academy in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan Application Deadline: March 20, 2012 The OSCE Academy is looking for a trainer to implement a professional training in writing feasibility studies for governmental experts of Central Asian republics, April 16-21. Objective: train governmental from Central Asian republics to prepare feasibility studies for projects in the context of state developmental policies (industrial development, export promotion, infrastructure development). The training should include:
The training will last 5 days, 6 hours a day. Place of training: Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan The remuneration will be competitive in accordance with the qualifications. Language: Russian or English Participants: governmental experts involved in preparation of feasibility studies Requirements: The qualified candidate holds at least an MA/MSc but preferably a PhD degree in Economics or a related field and has a teaching experience. The OSCE Academy will provide/cover: a) Economy class roundtrip airfare from the city of current residence to Bishkek; b) Entry visa expenses to Kyrgyzstan, if any; c) Housing allowance (for international candidate); d) Honorarium; e) Office space and a computer, as well as access to all of our facilities, including library and JSTOR.
