Deputy Director, Office of Human Resources

The Deputy Director will work under the guidance of the Director to develop and implement the People Capability Strategy. He/she will be specifically responsible for the Business Advisory Services Unit (HR business partners). He/she will be responsible for developing the strategic role of this team. He/she also leads the work of the Policy Unit to develop new policies in support of the PCS while ensuring UN system coherence.
