Project Work

- Training Farmers
- Certifying Farmers

Operations

- Wet Mill Processing
- Buying Parchment
- Coffee Marketing
Setting up office

Reporting : Deputy Manager

Skills required:
The ideal candidate will provide technical assistance to processing coffee
Pro Active in developing new ideas
Must have a Bachelor's / Masters Degree in agriculture or business related fields
At least 3 years of experience in a management position
5 years work experience (preferred in Coffee)
Good / experienced in project work
Must have good communication skills both written and spoken in English and Swahili

Salary : Negotiable
