WWF Mid-Term Review of Regional CBNRM Capacity Building Programme

MID-TERM REVIEW OF THE REGIONAL SOUTHERN AFRICA CBNRM PROGRAMME

WWF Eastern and Southern African Regional Programme Office with WWF Norway and WWF Zambia seek a team of two (2) external consultants to undertake a Mid-Term Review (MTR) of its Regional CBNRM Capacity Building Programme in Southern Africa funded by NORAD. The two external reviewers shall work in a team with two WWF staff members. The programme has been implemented since 2003 and is now in its consolidation phase (2010-2014).

The main objective of the MTR is to assess the relevance, effectiveness, efficiency, impact and sustainability of the consolidation phase of the programme. The findings of the MTR are part of the programme’s reporting requirements to NORAD and other stakeholders on the progress and failures of the programme and thus, inform the implementation of the remaining two and half years of the programme.

Prospective candidates with experience in undertaking reviews of multi-stakeholder regional programmes should obtain detailed Terms of Reference from the two sources listed below.
