Role

As Academy Co-ordination Manager you will work closely with the senior team in a College/Centre, as the key point of contact with the Operations team. You will liaise with the College/Centre to plan resource requirements for the cost effective, efficient delivery of training and to drive course effectiveness, as well as managing a professional, audience focused Co-ordination team with a reputation for excellent service. This is a key role for the Academy as it will require the ability to look for innovative solutions to problems and negotiate with the College/Centre to drive value for money across all their activity.

Requirements

As well as being knowledgeable in the principles of training, you’ll have knowledge of production/content business. Along with an understanding of the context of training in the wider media industry you’ll have the ability to identify and analyse a problem for the business and find and develop creative solutions to business challenges. We need your experience of managing teams effectively, with the ability to lead by example and motivate to deliver high levels of customer service and flexibility.
