SALARY: £32,292 – 34,570 pa

As Project & Operational Support Officer you will help increase income, strengthen capacity as well as improve the efficiency and effectiveness of fundraising and communications. We will look to you to coordinate and support international fundraising and communications projects as well as maintain and optimise internal systems, procedures and processes. This will involve identifying, developing and implementing internal tools and systems to enhance productivity as well as supporting financial processes from reviewing annual accounts to budgeting.
Probably having worked in a fundraising/marketing and/or communications environment you will have a proven track record of successfully coordinating and managing complex projects in addition to supporting change management processes. Skilled at supporting business processes you will be comfortable preparing and analysing financial plans and reports. An effective communicator you will have well developed negotiating, problem solving and prioritisition skills.
