THE ROLE
A Business Development Executive is required to join Coffey Geotechnics in Perth to assist local management in developing and implementing growth strategies, initiatives and plans to achieve future revenue targets.
Working within the broader Business Development Team and alongside the technical Regional Managers, you will have cohesive working relationships and a unanimous approach to achieve business results and drive organic revenue growth.
The role involves:
- Establishing new business connections in the external market
- Expanding existing relationships and services with current clients and coaching the business towards this continued focus.
- Identifying market development opportunities
This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven and ambitious sales/relationship orientated individual to join a dynamic and successful business.
THE PERSON
- Bachelor degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing or Engineering
- Proven experience in Sales or Business Development in a professional services environment. Exposure to the local engineering, resources or construction industry is essential
- Experience in bid management and pursuit leadership
- Prior management of Profit and Loss in professional services
- Exceptional ability to build, strengthen and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders and clients
- Communication skills are of paramount importance
