Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Advisor Location: London based Contract: 3 years Hours: 22.5 hours per week. Salary: £30,558 per annum, pro rata
As part of DFID’s GEC (Girls’ Education Challenge Fund) programme, ChildHope is implementing a project in partnership with its local Ethiopia partner organisation, CHADET. We aim to secure access and retention into good quality transformative education, for 14,503 girls facing early marriage, risky migration, domestic labour and street-involvement.
We are looking for a Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Advisor with knowledge and experience of implementing MEL systems in a development context, with understanding of a range of approaches (impact assessment, longitudinal evaluation, cohort tracking, qualitative and quantitative research methodologies).
The post-holder will be expected to provide technical leadership and strategic input on the development and application of MEL processes for the GEC project and transfer learning from the GEC programme to the wider ChildHope team.
