Position Summary
Responsible for the development of all aspects of the Commissioning and Completions systems from installation through to the handover. Responsible for providing the necessary philosophies, procedures and controls to support the construction, quality assurance, quality control and certification aspects of design, procurement, construction and commissioning
Key Accountabilities
Develop the Commissioning and Completions Policy up to Handover
Develop a Commissioning and Completions Management Systems Philosophies and Manual
Prepare the supporting procedures to support the project specific Commissioning and Completions Plans
Co-ordinate and manage all aspects of the Commissioning and Completions
Manage the Commissioning and Completions interface with the LNG Midstream Project
Develop and implement an audit programme for Commissioning and Completions
Manage the project interface activities in particular with procurement Engineering, Scheduling and Commissioning
Prepare the Commissioning and Completions aspects of ITT documents for all aspects of the Project
Ensure all contractors compliance with the project Commissioning and Completions requirements, plans and procedures
Prepare the monthly executive summary for Commissioning and Completions
Attend pre production meetings to ensure early compliance by suppliers & contractors to Commissioning and Completions requirements
Ensure full implementation of certification requirements
In put into all aspects of the various sub project schedules and the integrated project schedule

Unique Knowledge, Skills, Experience and Attribute
Experience Needed: 
Educated in an engineering discipline (first degree preferred, HND minimum or equivalent)
Chartered member of a relevant engineering institution, or equivalent, preferred
Significant experience in Oil and Gas related Projects
In depth understanding of Commissioning and Completions programs and systems and the interface between Engineering, Quality and Scheduling
Able to lead the implementation of HSE improvements
Substantial experience in leading negotiations with third parties and give advice on project development matters
Ability to function in an organisation with multiple on going Projects
Proven experience in identifying potential issues and providing solutions
Provide strong leadership to the Project in the Commissioning and Completions arena and manage multiple interfaces

Effective communication and negotiation skills with the ability to understand other stakeholders objectives

Experienced in solving complex problems

Strong relationship management skills
Able to demonstrate flexibility and innovation to achieve objectives
Ability to manage direct and indirect reports and provide development and guidance to junior staff
