In this exciting role you will be the transformational resource that translates business vision and strategy into effective enterprise change by creating, communicating, and implementing software requirements that enable evolution and transformation. The goals of the Solutions Architect are to improve the organizational efficiency, effectiveness, and agility by delivering business-aligned software solutions and roadmaps to achieve that vision to leadership.

As an Solutions Architect, you will advise, recommend and implement software solutions that enable strategic and operational improvement and develop roadmaps that illustrate feasible approaches to achieve them.

You will ensure that architecturally relevant issues are considered and built into all software solutions and that all decisions are made and documented relating to the technology solution.  Your charter is to create architectural descriptions for the elements of enterprise strategy, operations, systems, and information needed to provide architectural insight and IT-level strategy fomation, and execute and implement these solutions.

 Make an Impact – Solutions Architect Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide clear vision for strategic requirements that span the Microsoft software stack, providing models of future state, with roadmaps that steer the implementation of change initiatives.
•  Accountability to ensure that architecturally relevant decisions are made, documented, signed off, and then, by governance, kept.
• Accountable to produce consumable insight based on the architectural data collected and illustrating the level of alignment of technology strategy and business strategy.
• Provide technical leadership, guidance, and support in the deployment of complex applications in global distributed computing environments.
• Ensure overall solution-level integrity of applications.
• Business-Related and Strategic Planning Responsibilities.
• Collaborate with IT staff across the enterprise to identify strategic opportunities and in the rationalization of cross segment dependencies.
• Communicate and collaborate with top level executives and IT engineering and operations teams.
• Contribute to the development of Chobani’s enterprise architecture.
• Lead the identification and analysis of enterprise business drivers and requirements that drive the future state architecture.
• Facilitate the governance and use of enterprise architecture principles, guidance and reference architectures.

Desired Skills & Experience

Be Successful – Solutions Architect Education and Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor Degree preferred.
• Minimum of 8+ years in complex projects with division or company-wide architecture accountability.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX.
