QUALIFICATIONS
- A Bachelor Degree in Law, Development Studies or Project Management from a reputable and accredited institution
- Possession of a Bachelor of Laws Degree will be an added advantage
- Not less than three years post qualification work experience
- Demonstrated commitment to child and youth protection
- Experience in planning and managing projects
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Kiswahili
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure with very minimum or no supervision and on a wide range of tasks
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Leadership and Teamwork skills and
- Ability to listen and communicate clearly and effectively with people from diverse backgrounds
