Bank for International Settlements (BIS) Deputy Secretary General
The Bank for International Settlements is a global forum for monetary and financial cooperation and a bank for central banks.
The BIS invites applications for the position of Deputy Secretary General, a key appointment at the Bank’s executive level.
Reporting to the Secretary General, you will help ensure the provision of corporate services to the Bank, its Board of Directors and its Annual General Meeting. You will coordinate activities across the Bank’s General Secretariat, and directly lead and manage one of the department’s business units. You will also be a member of the Bank’s senior management team.
We would like to meet candidates with senior management experience gained at a central bank or international financial institution. You will have an MBA or PhD and a strong understanding of the BIS’s core business activities. A skilled communicator, you will have outstanding interpersonal skills.
