Senior Reservoir Engineer - Operations

Growing International Operator with assets in Oman, Yeman and Gaza. Looking to take an aggressive growth strategy primarily in Oman. 

Job Description:-

• Follow up drilling, completion and data collection activities.
• Identify and propose new infilling, appraise drilling well locations for producers and injectors.
• Coordinate and implement periodic reviews of reservoirs performance and recommend changes in reservoir management policies (water injection limits, off-take limit, etc).
• Perform yearly reserves review/update on field for management update/review.
• Participated in Full Field Reviews (FFRs), well reviews, well pick, well proposals, workovers, and water flood evaluation.
• Assist in constructing reservoir simulation model to ensure proper management of reservoirs, including the design of well locations, optimizing well profiles, estimating production availability, and preparing production profiles.
• Provide design input and evaluation/quality control for data acquisition activities including MDT, DST, PVT, and special core analysis SCAL.

Candidate Requirements:- 

• High level of computer literacy with Excell and other MS-office, presentations etc required.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to contribute as a team player.
• Excellent Interpersonal skills
• .Bachelor in Petroleum Engineering or equivalent with at least 7 years experience in reservoir engineering operations in the oil and gas industry.
