WaterAid is an international non-governmental organisation. Our mission is to transform lives by improving access to safe water, hygiene and sanitation in the world's poorest communities. We’ve achieved consistent growth, allowing us to reach more and more of these communities, and the activities of our Supporter Development marketing activity has been core to that. 
Our digital story is just beginning and recent projects have given us a taste for success. We are developing our specialist digital marketing team to grow our online revenues, increase supporter engagement levels and to support our integrated consumer fundraising activity in the UK.  
You will play a key role in delivering the digital elements of our established fundraising programme as well as new, digitally-orientated fundraising propositions. You will work together with audience facing teams to understand, document and deliver against their digital requirements. You will be work on acquiring both bought and earned traffic while maximising the effectiveness of our owned content to drive as much conversion and engagement as possible. 
This role is a fantastic mix of stakeholder management, project management and hands on implementation.  
You should have an established track record in digital marketing with extensive, experience of email marketing including HTML code and knowledge of legal and best practice. 
You will have a good understanding of traffic acquisition and content production processes and analytics. Most importantly you will have an infectious enthusiasm for digital marketing and the potential it can deliver for WaterAid.
