Junior & Senior Construction Dispute Resolution Consultants
Hill International continues to expand its team of dispute resolution staff as a consequence of the increase in our workload and as part of that we are looking for three staff to add to the team in our Leeds office as follows (in no order of preference):
- Trainee Consultant / Consultant
- UK or EU National with at least 3 years post graduate construction industry experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Cost Engineer
- Demonstrable experience of working in the UK construction industry
- Demonstrable experience of managing and resolving contentious claims under either NEC, FIDIC, LOGIC or IChemE form of contract in addition to JCT
- Flexibility to work away from home on occasions, including overseas
- Senior Consultant / Associate Director
- UK or EU National with a relevant construction industry qualification plus already studying towards or having achieved a secondary construction legal qualification
- Demonstrable experience securing fee earning commissions in dispute resolution for yourself and possibly others.
- Demonstrable experience in adjudication / mediation / Expert Witness proceedings
- Flexibility to work away from home on occasions, including overseas
- Construction Claims Planner - Delay Analyst
- UK or EU National with at least 5 years post graduate construction industry experience as a Construction Planner
- Demonstrable experience of working in the UK construction industry
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience working with Primavera P3 / P6 / P6e or Power Project
- Demonstrable experience of identifying and assessing delay
- Flexibility to work away from home on occasions, including overseas
