The Data & Insight team is responsible for ActionAid’s supporter information. It provides data, insight, analysis and research to help the organisation better understand its supporters and to segment and target them more effectively. Your expertise in using data for direct marketing means you are just the person we need as our Supporter Data Analyst.
You will be responsible for the delivery of a wide range of selections and reports in support of a sophisticated and ambitious supporter communications schedule. With experience of using supporter information to recruit, retain and develop support, you know how to extract the right data for communications and can use segmentation, targeting and testing to improve the effectiveness of the messages conveyed.
You will become expert in the use of our data selection tool, the composition of our supporter base and will oversee our supporter contact schedule. You have the ability to analyse and interpret data, identify trends and deliver insight into supporter behaviour to improve.
These qualities are backed by an IDM Diploma in Direct Marketing (or equivalent) and excellent Excel and Access skills. As for interpersonal attributes, you are confident in providing support and training in your specialist area, and can use skill and influence to win support for your ideas.
