2012 Annual Performance/Project Implementation Review for UNDP-supported GEF-funded Projects
UNDP-GEF is upgrading an excel-based monitoring template (APR/PIR) used during the annual monitoring review of ongoing full-sized and medium-sized projects funded by the Global Environment Facility (GEF). The template used in 2011 will be streamlined and shortened based on lessons learned in 2011, and new pre-loaded APR/PIRs prepared. The 2012 prototype template will be tested, and then finalized and circulated to over 340 UNDP supported projects. A script to aggregate the individual APR/PIRs into discrete reports will be improved. Troubleshooting support, with 24 hours turnaround, is also required. | |
