Australia Senior Program Officer

The Senior Program Officer is a member of a dedicated team managing CARE Australia's project responsibilities to ensure excellence throughout the project cycle including concepts, design, implementation, monitoring, evaluation and donor negotiation and reporting and ensure compliance with contractual requirements.

If you have: • a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, • international experience in project design, proposal preparation, project management, monitoring and evaluation, • experience and competence in relevant NGO and donor contractual management and compliance issues, • experience in applying development program tools, concepts and approaches, • demonstrated high level of communication and interpersonal skills including the ability to develop collaborative and productive relationship with internal clients and external organisations, and • the ability to travel on a regular basis, then we’d love to hear from you.
