Our client is an International firm with a practice office based in Brussels. This office is in charge of International activity. In order to coordinate the Finance and Accounting activity, our contact is currently seeking a Head of Accounting EMEA

Role description:
As a Head of Accounting EMEA, you will supervise the Accounting teams in Europe and Middle East. This also includes creation, implementation and maintenance of the accounting procedures and programs.

Hence, you will:

• Create procedures and guidelines
• Ensure the running of all developments, procedures and guidelines
• Assess and challenge the Accounting teams across Europe and Middle East
• Provide strategic direction and support in terms of staff training and development
• Lead all Accounting projects to completion

Profile description:

• Degree in Finance or Accounting
• Excellent level of English
• Former experience in Finance and Accounting
• Former experience in Law firm, Consulting firm and/or Audit firm
• Autonomous, Rigorous and Open-Minded
• Excellent Organization skills
• Excellent Communication skills
• International Experience is a plus
