Inside Sales Representative Nigeria

Responsibilities:
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with partners
- Jointly develop account plans with the relevant Account Manager
- Manage partner escalations and be the central point of contact (retain ownership)
- Relay customer feedback to all relevant departments in order to assist with the future development of Dell's technology, products, and services
- Internal sales activity including prospecting, quoting, closing, order entry and follow up
Knowledge & Skills:
- Be able to interact with cross-functional groups to solve business and customer issues
- Be confident and self-driven with a passion to achieve
- Previous outstanding track record of sales achievement
- Strong relationship buildings skills - both internally and externally
- Knowledge of IT hardware, software & peripherals

Experience:
- Min 3 years experience in similar role

Degree / diploma preferred
