Context/Scope
Part of a customer focused supply team based in Linwood. The team is responsible for the management of customer service to the markets on behalf of UK.
Purpose of Role
- To manage service post order entry to delivery to meet customer service requirements
- To prepare and collate export documentation relating to orders in line with market requirements
- To record and report KPI information on customer service
Top Accountabilities
- Manage order dates in line with production planning and despatch requirements
- Liase with carriers to book capacity, advise shipping instructions, confirm shipments and
resolve issues - Prepare and collate order documentation, including legalisation, to meet market requirements
- Liase with Diageo Amsterdam Market Supply Managers and Customer Account Managers to resolve service issues
- Monitor and record reasons for order failure to support KPI measures, provide ownership for and input into corrective actions for misses.
Qualifications and experience required
- Export qualification beneficial but not essential
- Experience in a logistics, export related or customer service environment
- Supply Chain Experience E.g. planning, replenishment, make to order fulfilment, manufacturing, materials and services supply
- Brand Awareness
- C&E Awareness
- Supply chain systems: SAP
