Monitoring and evaluation specialists

Chemonics International seeks monitoring and evaluation specialists for an anticipated USAID-funded health project to expand the use of best practices in HIV/AIDS throughout West Africa. We are looking for individuals who have a passion for making a difference in the lives of people around the world. Monitoring and evaluation specialists will work on program-specific HIV/AIDS monitoring and evaluation efforts in coordination with project technical specialists.

Qualifications:

Advanced degree in public health, epidemiology, social science, or other related discipline required Minimum 10 years of monitoring and evaluation experience in health Five years of directing monitoring and evaluation in a large-scale USAID project preferred Demonstrated knowledge of program design and development Experience working with complex databases Demonstrated leadership, versatility, and integrity Fluency in English and French required
