This is a senior position within an International Logistics Group who is looking to entrench further their
‘reach'and capability within the mining sector of South Africa as well as the rest of Africa.

The focus on the role will be servicing, maintaining and developing new client sales through the optimisation of current supply solutions.

Position: SCM Mining Specialist
Location: Based in Johannesburg

Remuneration: Market related basic salary
Performance based profit share with significant upside

Skills and experience required

Minimum 3 years exposure to the mining sector
Knowledge and understanding of mining supply chain logistics.
Evaluation, analysis and implementation of workflow processes and procedures
Project management skills
An ability to build sound relationships with clients
Strong marketing skills and sound negotiation skills
Willing to travel regularly
