The Exploration Business Area is responsible for Statoil's global exploration and to deliver commercial oil and gas reserves. The portfolio covers all of Statoil's exploration activities from initial screening via capturing of new acreage and drilling up to the feasibility study of our discoveries. The Strategy & Business Development organization is responsible for establishing, through execution of transaction projects (acquisitions & divestments), and implementing the corporate exploration strategy. The organisation compromise of the units Commercial & Negotiation, Economic valuation and Strategy & Portfolio.

Qualifications

  • Students at university/college who have completed at least 2 years of studies
  • Study programmes relevant for the field/dicipline
