Trainee Safety Officer
Responsibilities: Accident and incident investigations, safety inspections (as per mine area schedule), compilation and presentation of monthly SD reports and coordination of monthly SD topics are the main focuses here.
Requirements: In order to apply, persons will need a Grade 12, Comsoc 1&2 and at least 5 years’ experience in a mining environment, plus a Code B driver’s licence and computer literacy (MS Office and PowerPoint). Candidates must be able to communicate in English.
