Business Development/Sales Manager » Singapore

Our Client - Is a multinational company looking to bring on board in their Singapore office a Sales/Business Development Manager as an expansion to manage their large turnkey projects for water & wastewater into O&G, power, microelectronics, Food & Beverage and Pharmaceutical market.. This role is a pioneer role. Working with the BD/Sales Director, to gather new contacts and to be the face of the organization in a S.E.Asia regional setting.

Job Description -
Major responsibility will be to provide Sales as a solution into either the end-user or EPC contractors in O&G and power market for Water & wastewater treatment (mainly contractors are Japanese and Korean).
Their projects in the Water & Wastewater treatment are mainly EPC (Engineering Procurement Construction) OR EP (Engineering Procurement) into the Oil & Gas and Power Generation market, and thus, contacts into this market / understanding of these markets is an added advantage.

This role will lay a big importance in venturing into the Downstream market and selling solutions as well as bring in new Contacts.

Candidate Requirements -
Must have an Engineering Degree in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering or equivalent.
Should have at least 6 years experience in Sales and Business Development.

Ideally should have worked to sell Water treatment & Wastewater EPC projects into the Oil & Gas and Power Industry.

This role is primarily into the Power & Oil & Gas market. And thus, contacts and prior exposure to these markets is added advantage.
