NEW CONTRACTS MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
From 1 February 2013, TradeMark East Africa (TMEA) is implementing an online contracts management portal.  All suppliers and consultants should register as vendors. The portal will be used as a critical procurement tool in shortlisting of suppliers in competitive bidding. It is essential to note that all procurement shall take place via the system, therefore all interested firms and individuals are encouraged to apply online ONLY.
Any queries on the system should be emailed tocontractsmanagement@trademarkea.com.
A significant proportion of TMEA’s expenditure is related to procurement of goods and services. Value for Money is therefore an over-riding consideration. TMEA’s funds are untied, which means that it will offer to partner with any contractor across the globe, whose bid for work is the most competitive. All applications must be made using the TMEA procurement form.
All applications must be in English.
