Chief of party , Vietnam

Chemonics seeks a chief of party for an anticipated proposal for a USAID-funded economic policy reform program in Vietnam. The project will continue support to the Vietnamese government to improve the country's position in international trade, streamline business regulations, and promote transparency and accountability. We are looking for individuals who have a passion for making a difference in the lives of people around the world. 

Qualifications:
  • Advanced degree in economics, business, or relevant field required
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressively responsible experience implementing donor-funded economic policy or business enabling environment program
  • Chief of party experience strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with USAID regulations and experience in systems and office set up, budgeting, and financial management
  • Experience in international program management and overseeing multiple program areas simultaneously
  • Ability to work and collaborate with host-country government officials, international donors, and private sector stakeholders 
  • Work experience in southeast Asia preferred
  • Demonstrated leadership, versatility, and integrity
  • Fluency in written and spoken English required
