Journalists / Writers

QWENTES, a European institutional communications company, is seeking collaboration with experienced freelance journalists/writers in order to respond successfully to communication opportunities.
Responsibilities include leading all translation service management, web content update coordination in 6 languages, graphic design and visual identity coordination/support, Web editing and mailshot support services.

Profile

• Native English speakers or French native speakers with a minimum of 8 years’ experience in writing and editing printed and/or web publications;
• Solid background and writing experience for EU institutions and particularly in the area of ICT, R&D, energy, transport, employment and social issues;
• Highly motivated professionals capable of:
  • Proposing editorial concepts
  • Drafting specialist text with clarity, fluency and adapted to the target audience
  • Carrying out journalistic research and interviews
  • Experience of different media and social media is highly desirable
  • Knowledge of French or any other EU language is an advantage
