Service plan Admin

Job description:
- Take care of "service plan" schedule & planning 
- Order spare parts required for active service plans.
- Arrange invoices for (new / renewal) service plan contracts.
- Following up on payments.
- Update all files for service plan.
- Booking labor hours of service plan
- Following up on renewal service plan to be in timely manner and notify the responsible sales engineer.

Experience requirements:
- Minimum one year experience in administration.
- Good command of English language both writing and speaking.
- Good computer skills.

Educational requirements:
Holding Technical or commercial University degree.

Personality requirements:
- Self motivated character.
- Good team work spirit
- Hard worker and able to work under pressure.
- Customer service oriented.
