About Your Job:
Our Specialist Learning and Development - Leadership Development will be challenged to design, facilitate and continuously improve exceptional leadership development offerings across Qatar Airways. You will be responsible for supporting the Leadership Development Strategy for Qatar Airways at all levels including future leaders, junior, middle and senior executives. In this role you will implement innovative and practical leadership development initiatives that will ensure that Qatar Airways leaders are fully equipped to inspire and support their teams to achieve extraordinary results and sustain the Qatar Airways Brand and Reputation across the Qatar Airways Group of Companies.

Your initiative, ’can do’ attitude and passion for learning will enable you to create solid professional relationships with management at all levels within the business. You will act as an ambassador for Group Learning and Development by forging and maintaining positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Designing and developing programs that comply with the overarching Leadership Development strategy and best practice methodology will support and further develop the existing leadership learning pathway. Facilitate training programs to a world class standard using adult-learning and learner focused techniques while utilizing coaching techniques to improve employee performance based upon an agreed service level agreement and methodology for contracting.

About You:
You will require a Bachelors Degree from a recognized university. It is preferred that you also have a formal recognized accreditation in training. You will have 6 years’ experience with designing and facilitating Leadership Development Programs for Junior, Middle and Executive Management.

Experience in one or more of the following disciplines are desired: leadership development, industrial psychology, organization development, organizational effectiveness, or coaching (management consulting and international experience preferred). Your experience delivering training to an international audience in a multi-cultural environment will be an asset.
