Job purpose and key deliverables	Manages the process of planning of finished goods and semi-finished goods production as well as distribution of finished goods within Ukraine taking into account production capacity, availability of wrapping materials and tobacco. Organizes and coordinates the work of planning department. Place of work: Prylucky (Chernihiv region)   Main responsibilities: To organize and coordinate the work of planning department  To ensure long-term and short-term planning of finished goods and semi-finished goods production, including export  To control availability of wrapping materials and tobacco on time and in full according to the production plan  To control and monitor finished goods stocks, manage the review of wrapping materials and finished goods Stock Policy for Ukraine & Moldova  To control the efficiency of use of material resources (wrapping materials and finished goods)  To ensure the delivery of production plans to Operations departments and to control their fulfilment  To cooperate with Supply Chain subdepartments in order to ensure clients' satisfaction  To manage performance and development of planning department team
Essential requirements	Higher education  Working experience in Planning  Excellent PC skills  Excellent English  High level of communication skills  Excellent skills of cooperating with clients  Ability to cooperate with Company employees of all levels  Good strategic thinking  Good understanding of business processes  Experience in change management  Strong decision making ability  Experience in people management  Excellent organizational skills  Desire to develop and buid-up further career within Operations function
