About AIP-PRISMA
The Australia Indonesia Partnership for Promoting Rural Income through Support for Markets in Agriculture (AIP-PRISMA) is an ambitious new rural development program which aims to contribute to a 30%, or more, increase in net incomes for 1,000,000 poor rural female and male farmers, 300,000 of which will be reached by June 2017. AIP-PRISMA will focus on Eastern Indonesia (EJ, NTB, NTT, Papua and W Papua). Once it is fully operationalized, AIP-PRISMA will be the largest making markets work for the poor (M4P) project in the world.
AIP-PRISMA boasts a dynamic senior management team of four, with a combined 70 years relevant experience between them. They bring together a broad range of skills and experience, from finance and marketing, to development and agriculture. The core team is committed to capacity development and to sharing their experience with new team members. When hiring new team members, we are looking for candidates who not only have experience in relevant sectors, but also share the core team’s passion and commitment to the project’s objectives.

About the role
As a member of the Results Measurement and Learning (RM&L) team, under the supervision of the RM&L manager, the Results Measurement Manager will assist in the set up and operationalization of the monitoring and result measurement system of the program.

Selection criteria:
The successful applicant will have demonstrate:
  • Over 5 years “working knowledge” and experience in supervising results measurement teams/activities, preferably in private sector / market development projects with relevant educational background (Master’s degree)
  • Highly proficient in use of excel for analysis and preferably experience with mobile data collection
  • Meticulous and detail oriented, able to work under own initiative and drive to complete tasks with little direct supervision
  • Strong skills in qualitative and quantitative research and / or statistical background / experience
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Good written and verbal skills
  • Innovative, willingness to learn from mistakes, ‘out-of-the-box’ thinker
  • Good interpersonal skills, and ability to work in teams
  • Ability to collaborate and coordinate between different teams to achieve objectives
  • Willingness to travel to different parts of Indonesia
