The Program
The Philippines Australia Human Resource and Organisational Development Facility (PAHRODF) is a five-year initiative funded by the Australian Government Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT) that aims to develop and strengthen competencies relating to human resource management and development as well as organisational capacities and systems to support service delivery.
In addition the program aims to enable individuals and organisations to make better use of these competencies and systems; and share the experiences and lessons from research and knowledge synthesis initiatives. The Facility also manages the Australia Awards and In Country scholarship Programs.
Coffey International Development, the Facility Managing Contractor, is seeking applications for Finance and Administration Officer (FAO). The FAO will assist in the management of the finance and administrative operations of the Facility.
The Position
The Finance and Administration Officer will be tertiary qualified in a relevant discipline, have experience in preparing monthly accounts; check vouchers and receipts. With responsibility for the Facility petty cash fund, you will also assist with the quality assurance of various transaction reports and manage the bank accounts and acquittal preparation for the Facility. In addition the successful applicant will demonstrate experience in all areas of administration support and team support. Excellent communication and relationship building skills are essential requirements of the role.
