Junior Sales Support Specialist
The role
Sandvik are seeking a Junior Sales Support Specialist to provide all sales related, administrative and documentation support to the sales staff and assist in maintaining communication with customers.
Key performance areas and responsibilities
You will be required to:
- Interact with CIS located customers in order to specify and complete technical and commercial details;
- Closely work with Process Systems Swedish and German offices regarding placements of orders in manufacturing, coordination of production, shipment and other issues;
- Assist in preparation of technical offers on equipment, wear and spare parts;
- Participate in preparation of marketing and information documents/ materials;
- Support marketing activities
Your profile and qualifications
The role will require you to have technical background. Experience with shipments of industrial equipment from abroad is an advantage. You must also be fluent in Russian and English, also as energetic, initiative and communicative. Being experienced MS Office user is mandatory.
