Public Funding of Innovation (Germany) – Internship

Our services include advocacy for our clients’ R&D agenda, identification of funding programmes that match their innovation goals, drafting and submission of funding proposals on their behalf and handling of the funding-related administration throughout the project’s lifetime. We work with large U.S. and European technology leaders that offer innovative solutions in various fields such as renewable energy, nanotechnology and specialty chemicals.

Your tasks:

You would support LNE Group’s German funding practice in its daily activities, including:
  • Researching innovative technologies to prepare the submission of grant applications;
  • Supporting the planning of collaborative projects through networking with businesses and research institutes;
  • Monitoring the German funding landscape and upcoming programmes/funding calls;
  • Conducting administrative tasks, such as updating our funding database and internal Wiki.

Your profile:

  • Bachelor or Master holder;
  • Language: German (native/bilingual proficiency), English (full professional proficiency);
  • Experience in Public Affairs, government relations a plus;
  • Good communication skills, possibly backed up with a previous relevant experience (e.g. internship);
  • A “hands on” attitude coupled with a creative mindset;
  • The ability to work independently.
