The Executive Director, Markets will lead the delivery of ACCA’s market strategy, co-ordinating the work of its Market Directors, in the UK and globally, to ensure the successful development and performance of each region through a common and coherent approach to strategy, operations and investment. Reporting to the Chief Executive and a member of the executive team, s/he will play a key role in defining and delivering ACCA’s global strategy.
This is a broad and substantial brief, and you will need to bring a successful, senior track record which includes the management of large, cross-functional and international teams. You will be a confident leader, communicator and ambassador, with a proven ability to work with a very wide range of stakeholders and cultures. Crucially, you will bring a team-focussed and valuesled approach and share ACCA’s excitement about delivering career and life opportunities to its members worldwide.
