Salary: R144 576 - R187 668 per annum (plus benefits) (Ref. PINRS233)

Minimum requirements: • Grade 9 or equivalent/ABET level 4 • Qualified platelayer • Relevant experience.

Core responsibilities: • Supervise patrolman • Evaluate reports submitted by patrolman on defects • Supervise appointed private contractors • Liaise with Spoornet regarding track conditions and safety requirements • Ensure adherence to standard railway safety regulations • Manage allocated approved budget.
