Department of Economic Development, Human Settlements & Spatial Planning
PMS Officer
Total Cost to Employer: R268 177.00 per annum
Basic salary: R175 502.00 – R193 813.00 per annum (Level 6)

Requirements:
- An appropriate B-degree in Public Administration or equivalent tertiary qualification
- Two to three years’ working experience
- Report-writing skills
- Interpersonal relations
- Good communication skills (written and verbal)

- Honesty and integrity
- Service delivery innovation
- Financial management skills.
Key performance areas:
- Develop, maintain and implement a Performance Management System for the Municipality in respect of institutional and individual performance
- Develop, implement and maintain a performance monitoring toolkit
- Facilitate the in-year municipal performance assessment report
- Provide inductive data on capacity interventions and integrated Development Planning
- Compile general municipal annual performance assessment reports.
