| To manage and administer part of the Market Regulation portfolio within Vodacom (Pty) Ltd as coordinated with EHOD: Market Regulation, always in Vodacom's best interest and in accordance with world class standards. | |

| Assist in the internal approval process with regards to new and amended products and services, which will involve attending and initiating meetings, analysing, commenting on and circulating P & S documents for comment within the regulatory group. Give regulatory assistance as and when necessary and address general queries regarding products and services from a regulatory perspective. Checking and vetting of products and services brochures and other publications for regulatory correctness before publication. Identify and analyse legislation, regulatory interventions and policy developments in regulatory frameworks. Assist with the preparation of written submissions and policy arguments representing Vodacom’s position and response to regulatory, legislative and other administrative processes or actions. Conduct research and draft regulatory opinions as and when necessary. Reporting for the division. Attend to all Retail Tariff Lodgement tasks which include: - Amendment and lodgement of tariff plans. This involves the drafting and amending of tariff plans and related correspondence as well as lodging and communicating with the regulator. - Address any questions. | |

| A successful and proven track record with a minimum of 5 years working experience at any professional firm; i.e. a reputable firm of attorneys/accountants/consultants, or Blue Chip Company, or in a regulatory products and services division of an operator or regulator. 3 year Law or BCom degree, equivalent or combination thereof (essential). Economics will be an advantage. | |
