Resourcing Manager CAFOD
CAFOD, one of the UK’s leading international aid agencies, is currently looking for a Resourcing Manager. We work with local partner organisations to achieve our common goals of reducing poverty, enhancing dignity and making local and global structures more just. The HR section works in partnership with CAFOD managers globally to help them design and execute professional and productive recruitment campaigns.
Your role
You will have responsibility for the overall provision of recruitment services for both national and international recruitments. You will also set the strategic direction of recruitment, developing new approaches, tools and systems that provide for effective attraction and selection of candidates as well as overseeing and improving our applicant tracking system and other recruitment systems.
Your profile
You will have experience managing end-to-end recruitment in a busy environment, using a number of selection methods including assessment centres. You should be a highly structured and organised individual, able to establish processes to monitor progress of projects and activities. Previous experience using applicant tracking systems and knowledge of recruitment in an international and multicultural setting is an advantage.
