Duties: The successful candidate will be expected to: (i) provide secretarial and office management services within the Unit to enhance efficiency and project a positive image of the office; (ii) carry out tasks as assigned by the Head/Supervisor. Requirements: Applicants should: (i) have a Diploma in Secretarial Studies or equivalent; (ii) have a thorough knowledge and experience in a wide range of office automation, communications equipment, programmes and procedures; (iii) be highly efficient in word processing and spreadsheet work; (iv) have outstanding interpersonal and communication skills. Knowledge of newsletter publications would be an added advantage and preference will be given to candidates with relevant post qualification experience.
