Chevron' Africa Latin America Exploration & Production Company is accepting online applications for the position of Senior Drilling Fluids Advisor located in Lagos, Nigeria.
Position Details:	Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to: Coordinate and supervise all drilling fluid and waste management activities for deepwater and JV drilling and completion operations. Drilling fluid programming and logistics. Drill/completions fluid and cuttings disposal. Government advocacy. Supervision of rigsite drilling fluid engineers. Required Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Engineering. Minimum 8 years of directly related experience. Significant operations and programming experience for drilling and completions fluids. Considered an SME in fluids engineering for WBM, NAF, and Completion Fluids. Demonstrated leadership skills. Credible leader and SME for on-site fluids engineers and DSM's. Familiar with fluids waste management technologies and options. Stays abreast of new and emerging technologies in waste management and government regulations pertaining to waste management. Ability to coordinate and manage logistical issues and practices related to fluids sourcing and delivery in support of multiple drilling and completion operations Relocation Options: Relocation may be considered within Chevron parameters.
