Wir suchen zurzeit nach eine/n Ingeneur/in Technische Optimierung & Projekte Die
Aufgabenbereiche umfassen Folgendes:
- Unterstützung bei der Sicherstellung der termingerechten und kostengünstigen Realisierung des Wartungs- bzw. Instandhaltungsprogramms im gesamten Agip-Tankstellen-Netzes
- Zusammenarbeit mit den zuständigen Behörden, Architekten, Lieferanten, TÜV usw
- Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung von Leistungsverzeichnissen und Rahmenvereinbarungen mit Lieferanten
- Erstellung und Prüfung von Kostenschätzungen, Aufträgen sowie Bewilligungs-, Materialanforderungs- und Verschrottungsanträgen
- Mitwirkung bei der Sicherstellung der Verkaufsbereitschaft der Tankstellen unter besonderer Beachtung der gesetzlichen Vorschriften
- Mitwirkung bei der Planung und Koordination von Baumaßnahmen

We are currently recruiting an Engineer for Technical Optimizations and Projects.
The key responsibilities are:
- Support in realizing the maintenance and repair program on schedule cost-saving in the whole service station network
- Coordination of the realization and control of the defined budget
- Relationship / cooperation with the responsible public authorities, architects, suppliers, TÜV etc.
- Participation in the definition of specifications and framework agreements with suppliers
- Preparation/Evaluation of task related analysis / KPI
- Preparation/Check of cost estimations, orders and of requests regarding authorization, material requisition and scrapping
- Participation in securing the service stations' disposition to sell under special consideration of legal regulations

- Erste relevante Berufserfahrung
- Branchen- und Marktkenntnisse wünschenswert
- Ausgeprägtes analytisches Denken

- Sicherer Umgang mit allen MS-Office Produkten
- Gute Englischkenntnisse; Italienischkenntnisse von Vorteil

- Professional experience in building trade or engine construction
- Knowledge of industry and market

- Sound knowledge of all MS-Office Products, in particular Excel, SAP R/3
- Excellent German and English, knowledge of Italian would be advantageous

Anforderungen
Abgeschlossenes Ingenieurstudium, vorzugsweise Bauingenieurwesen

Requirements
Completed technical apprenticeship or technical degree
