General Supervisor- Process, Autoclave Operations United States-Nevada

Responsibilities include: The “General Supervisor-Autoclave Operations” will provide leadership and direction to the Autoclave Operations Department to ensure business needs are met by setting and attaining targets with a strong focus on safety and the environment, oversee operation and maintenance crews, provide technical support and guidance to the plant operations, and support any expansion of the Autoclave to include financials, environmental and safety aspects associate with expanding a plant.

SELECTION CRITERIA

BASIC REQUIREMENTS: To be considered for this job, applicants must meet these basic requirements:

Bachelors Degree in Metallurgy or equivalent work experience preferred.

• 5-10 years process operations experience; preferably in a mining environment required.
• 3 years training or frontline supervisory experience, preferably in a mining
