Appointment of Group Director of Corporate Services

Transparency International, the global civil society organisation leading the fight against corruption, is now seeking a Group Director of Corporate Services. This strategic leader will join a highly collaborative Management Group in their service of an ambitious global movement. Deeply motivated by the mission of Transparency International, the Group Director of Corporate Services will lead the Planning, Human Resource, Finance and Office Management teams. Together this Corporate Services Group will enable strategic alignment and organisational effectiveness both in the Secretariat in Berlin and in their support of the dispersed network of 90 National Chapters.

The Group Director of Corporate Services will inspire a further release of potential from Transparency International’s dedicated staff and will be responsible for the stewardship and maximum leverage of the finances. They will define and deliver fit-for-purpose services to enable the implementation of the Strategy 2015. The Group Director of Corporate Services will embody and lead an energetic and positive culture that prizes the flexibility to innovate and adapt.
