The Asian Development Bank (ADB) is an international development finance institution dedicated to helping its developing member countries reduce poverty and improve quality of life in the Asia and Pacific region.

Based in Manila and established in 1966, ADB is owned by 67 member countries, of which 48 are from the Asia and the Pacific region and 19 are from the other parts of the globe, including Europe.
With about 3,000 employees from 61 countries including Australia, ADB - in partnership with member governments, independent specialists and other financial institutions - is focused on delivering projects that create economic and development impact through loans, grants, policy dialogue, technical assistance and equity investments.

Relevant Experience
Applicants should have at least 8–15 years development experience, preferably in developing countries in Asia and the Pacific, a substantial portion of which should be at a supervisory level.
