ASSISTANT PROFESSOR IN ACCOUNTING (non-tenured)
The tenure track position is open to talented individuals who have excellent potential for a scientific career. On the basis of their experience and competence, applicants will be placed on either 1st or 2nd term Assistant Professor.
Applicants are expected to have a doctoral degree in a relevant field. When recruiting for Assistant Professor first term, the evaluation is mainly based on potential in research and professional work, teaching, and activity in the scientific community and academic leadership.

Aalto University School of Business is the leading business school in Finland and is located in central Helsinki. The Department of Accounting offers courses and seminars in undergraduate, graduate, and Ph.D. levels. Courses are taught in English and/or in Finnish. Researchers at the department are active in Financial Accounting, Management Accounting, Corporate Governance and Auditing.
